Research
Several topics in the Lingfield Levels 1 & 2 courses are relevant for, and relate directly to, the BHS Horse Owner’s Certificates Level 3 sylabus. All of Level 1 & 2 should therefore be revised and researched thoroughly prior to enrolling on this course.
Several topics covered in Lingfield Levels 1 & 2 courses would also be relevant to Stage 3 students. It is therefore suggested that for Stages training, students complete at the very minimum, the Lingfield Level 2 course prior to enrolling on this Level 3 course.
Research projects include :
- Towing
- Costing etc
- Modern approaches to competitive athletic training
- BHS aims etc
- Calculations & tables in relation to nutrition
