This year brings to the fore the campaign against indiscriminate breeding – called

The Responsible Breeding Campaign  

This is aimed at anyone who is thinking of putting their mare into foal.  The first event was a Breeding Education Day at Hartpury College. The conference was filmed by Country Channel TV who are producing two programmes to be broadcast shortly.

 Remember that breeding a foal is a life long commitment. Be aware before you start looking for a stallion.
