Article in H & H by Stephanie Bateman May 2022 Careers CAREERS information tends to target school leavers, yet mature student thirsting for knowledge is the very reason for the existence of Lingfield Equine Distance Learning, an Approved Training Provider with UK Rural Skills.
“We offer a flexible, personal, friendly and less textbook approach,” says Paula Clements, Course Director.
“This is ideally suited to mature learners who haven’t undertaken any studies in recent years.”

“We understand that a more relaxed approach to studying is required by many which is why we offer flexible completion dates.
Many of our students have gone on to gain BHS or ABRS professional qualifications, while others have set up their own livery yards and riding schools, or opted to coach or groom on a freelance basis enabling them to work around their commitments.”
