The Yard Manager tells us she wishes she had learned about it before.  It is absolutely ideal for the yard and has saved her lots of time on training and explanations about how staff should handle things and conduct themselves.

The staff have become more of a team, the clients have mentioned it too.  Staff feel more empowered and committed and now support each other more.  As a result they are much more responsible and seem to be enjoying their work more.

The yard owner added that having an Accredited course certificate makes a difference to how clients view The Responsible Groom course Certifiates on the office wall too.
