CANCELLATIONS
Should you decide that the course is not for you,
cancellations for long courses are accepted within 14 days of the posting or e-mailing of your first Study Pack, or within 10 days of posting or e-mailing a short course. Return the Study Pack/course undamaged, together
with a letter of cancellation to reach us within the required time.
E-mail course students should write a letter of cancellation, attach a copy of the e.mail to which the course or study pack was attached and post it to the above address to be received by us within the required time.
We will refund the whole of the fee we received for your course apart from £10 to cover administration costs. If the Pack is marked or damaged in any way, there will be a further deduction. International copyright is still binding after cancellation
